About TrenchWorks
An Independent New Zealand Machinery Dealership
TrenchWorks is New Zealand's trenching equipment specialist — and the authorised NZ dealer for AFT Trenchers.
Our Story
Backing British Engineering With Local Expertise
TrenchWorks was founded to bring premium, purpose-built trenching equipment to New Zealand contractors — backed by sales, technical advice and after-sales support that never has to cross an ocean to reach you.
As the authorised New Zealand dealer for AFT Trenchers, we represent over 50 years of British manufacturing excellence, with AFT as the first of the world-class manufacturers we're proud to bring to the New Zealand market. Every machine we sell is backed by genuine parts held locally and a team who knows the equipment inside out.
Why TrenchWorks
New Zealand's Specialist Trenching Partner
Not just a machinery reseller — the right machine, matched to your application, backed by local expertise, genuine parts and after-sales support.
Lower Project Costs
Attachment trenchers turn tractors, excavators and skid steers you already own into dedicated trenching machines — cutting capital outlay and reinstatement costs on every job.
Faster Trenching
Purpose-built chain and wheel trenching cuts trenches up to ten times faster than a digging bucket, keeping crews moving and projects on schedule.
Local Support
New Zealand based sales, technical advice and after-sales support — TrenchWorks is there before, during and long after the sale.
Genuine Parts
Genuine spare parts held and supplied nationwide, so your machine spends less time waiting and more time in the trench.
Specialist Expertise
Decades of combined trenching knowledge, applied to your site conditions — the right machine and setup for the job, every time.
Premium British Engineering
Over 50 years of manufacturing excellence from AFT Trenchers (UK), built for demanding conditions and engineered to last.
