Where in New Zealand do you operate?
TrenchWorks is based in Gisborne, New Zealand, and services New Zealand nationwide.
I'm not sure which trencher I need — can you help?
Yes. Our specialists provide independent technical advice matched to your soil type, horsepower and application, so you get the right machine and setup for the job.
Do you supply spare parts, or just machines?
TrenchWorks stocks and supplies genuine AFT replacement parts nationwide — chains, teeth, bearings and sealing, and sprockets — so your machine spends less time waiting and more time in the trench.
What support do I get after purchase?
Our after-sales team troubleshoots, advises and dispatches parts fast to minimise downtime, and TrenchWorks manages the full warranty process locally on behalf of AFT Trenchers.
Will my team know how to operate a new machine safely?
We provide hands-on operator familiarisation so your team can run the machine safely and productively from the first day on site.
